Change of Mind Returns:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges.
• Item must be received within 30 days of dispatch.
• Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility for 'change of mind' returns.

Faulty or Defective Items:

• Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is not as expected or of merchantable quality.
• If faulty upon first use, contact us within 14 days with clear evidence of the defect.
• Items used beyond initial testing or with damage unrelated to the defect may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

• Packaging: All backpacks are shipped in a standardized Australia Post parcel box at no additional cost to the customer. For example, a large parcel box (390 x 280 x 140 mm) can accommodate one to two backpacks.If you require a gift package for a backpack, this is available for an additional fee and must be added to your order via the product page.
• Stock & Availability: All products are available for dispatch from our Queensland, Australia office. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item goes out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
• Shipping Costs: Postage is an additional charge calculated at checkout. Packaging costs are covered by us to help reduce your shipping fee.
• Delays & Liability: We are not responsible for postal delays, customs clearance, or lost parcels after dispatch.
